There’s no preview of the next move - There’s no preview of the upcoming move so sometimes it can feel a little jarring to try and catch onto the next move right away when you’re doing this workout for the first time. There’s a timer - You only do each move for 30 seconds so it’s helpful to know how much longer you have by looking at the timer in the upper right hand corner.
